Mark founded Cultivate CPA in 2013. With a Bachelor’s in Business and a Master’s in Accounting & Financial Management, he focuses on maximizing clients’ tax savings and net profits through proactive tax planning. Outside work, he enjoys time with his wife Ruth and their daughters and early-morning writing.
Andy joined in 2023 and has worked in Northern Colorado public accounting since 2013. He specializes in tax research and complex returns — manufacturing, investment real estate, and multi-state and foreign reporting — and co-leads a community group at Windsor Christian Fellowship.
Ariadna joined in 2023 with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting from the University of Kansas and passed her final CPA exam in October. She brings prior experience in clinical research and data analytics, and enjoys cooking, golfing, and volunteering with her family.
Alyssa joined in 2023 with a Bachelor’s in Accounting & Business Administration from Regis University and 10+ years of business experience. She’s passionate about helping owners organize and understand their financials, and enjoys painting, cooking, and nature with her family.
Dianne joined in 2016 and handles accounting, payables and receivables, payroll, payroll tax, and sales tax. She lives in Windsor with her husband David and enjoys golfing and spending time with her 16 grandchildren.
Christie joined in 2014 and works across accounting, payables and receivables, payroll, payroll tax, and sales tax. She enjoys hiking and kayaking around Fort Collins with her husband and three boys.
